🔮 L&D transitioning away from traditional ID into content curation and rapid authoringÂ
🔮 L&D needing to OUTPACE the business when it comes to development of learning
🔮 Personal branding will be the new L&D networking go-to as we expand beyond (not move away from though) 1:1 and group networking.
🔮 L&D hiring managers will continue to hire for authenticity PLUS value alignment FIRST, with skillset right behind that
🔮 There will be a BIG push for onboarding and reskilling once the layoff dust settlesÂ
